CONSTITUTION: If a motor 102 is driven, a cam 68 is rotated through each transmitting means 104, 107, 106. And a device, in which as the cam 65 rotates, each cam follower 69, 70 moves following up to each cam surface 68A, 68B, laterally moves each driving shaft 73, 74 through each bracket 71, 72. As the result, each plunger 51, 56 of each unit pump 95 is driven in a predetermined relation along each cam surface 68A, 68B. The device, which repeatedly actuates each unit pump 95 between plural strokes in accordance with rotation of the cam 68, sucks while delivers fluid. While the device, setting each unit pump 95 in a condition that a phase is shifted every 60° from each other, performs the delivery of each unit pump 95 alternately and continuously.
