Abstract:

This contract processor for communicating with the terminal of the user and performing a transaction processing is provided with an application data input part 210 for inputting the application data of the transaction received from the terminal, a risk judgment part 220 for judging the risk of the transaction based on the application data, a transaction presentation part 230 for deciding plural transaction candidates based on the risk of the transaction, transmitting them to the terminal and presenting them and a contract document issuance part 240 for performing the contract of the transaction based on the selected transaction candidate and issuing a written contract if the terminal selects one of the transaction candidates presented by the transaction presentation part.
