Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that allows a cardiac murmur that may indicate a disease such as aortic stenosis to be automatically detected without requiring experience.SOLUTION: A systolic phase cardiac murmur detection device includes an electrocardiogram signal reception part for receiving an electrocardiogram signal, a cardiac sound signal reception part for receiving a cardiac sound signal, a systolic phase extraction part for extracting a time of a cardiac systolic phase from the electrocardiogram signal, and a systolic phase cardiac murmur determination part for detecting whether or not a sound other than the first sound and/or the second sound is present in a cardiac sound in the time extracted by the systolic phase extraction part from a cardiac sound signal, and determines whether or not a cardiac murmur is present based on the detection result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
