PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contraction valve capable of improving the robustness in a valve performance while occurrence of erosion can be reduced.SOLUTION: A valve body 25 with an oil chamber 26 formed inside is mounted into a valve body fitting hole 22A of a housing 22. One end of the valve body 25 in an axial line direction O1-O1 is an opening end blocked by a plug 30; the other end is a cylindrical body with a bottom blocked by a bottom part 25B. The valve body 25 is provided with a small hole 27 which squeezes the oil flowing into the oil chamber 26 by communicating an inflow part 23 of the housing 22 with the oil chamber 26, and a communication hole 28 which is disposed separately from the small hole 27 in the axial line direction O1-O1 of the valve body 25 for communicating an outflow part 24 of the housing 22 with the oil chamber 26.
