To provide a control apparatus which can highly accurately detect rotation of a cam member in a wide angular range, without the need of an expensive angle sensor for the detection in a large detection angle range.
This control apparatus for a clutch driving mechanism includes: a clutch driving mechanism which connects and disconnects a clutch by an operating member 35 abutting on a cam face and linearly reciprocating; and an angle sensor 21 detecting the angle of rotation of the cam member 25. The cam face includes: first cam faces 25d, 25a for connecting the clutch by the rotation in a direction of cam member 25 through the linear motion of the operating member 35; and second cam faces 25b, 25c formed continuously to the first cam face 25a and disconnecting the clutch through the linear motion of the operating member 35. The angle sensor 21 is constituted of an angle sensor 21a set to detect an angular range of the first cam face, and an angle sensor 21b set to detect an angular range of the second cam face. The dead zones E of the angle sensors are not overlapped with each other.
