To provide a control apparatus for a differential limiting device which can further improve travel stability when receiving cross-wind.SOLUTION: A control apparatus 7 for a differential limiting device 2, which limits at least any one rotation speed difference of front-rear rotation speed difference and left-right rotation speed difference of front and rear, and left and right wheels 10L, 10R, 20L, 20R of a four-wheel drive vehicle 1, comprises: cross-wind information acquisition part 710 which acquires cross-wind information concerning cross-wind received in a cross-wind caution area 91 ahead of a travel direction of an own vehicle; and differential limit control means 712 which so controls as to generate differential limiting force on the basis of cross-wind information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
