To enable elimination of discrepancy with respect to the drop of power source voltage in the start-up of an electric load.
As a power source 52, a first vehicle-loaded battery 50 and a second vehicle-loaded battery 51 are connected in series, and the battery 51 is connected with a voltage drop type DC-DC converter 43 to provide an output lowered to 12 V from 24 V. The DC-DC converter 43 is connected to loads 23, 24, 33, 34 for receiving the supply of the output voltage. A switch 44 is arranged to an auxiliary power supply line 45, bypassing the battery 51 and DC-DC converter 43, and a microcomputer 41 closes the switch 44 for only a predetermined period, when a load is started to supply the power to the load from the battery 50 in addition to the power from the DC-DC converter 43.
