Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce overshooting, even when disturbance where the changing speed of controlled variables is fast is impressed.
SOLUTION: A subtracting part 3 subtracts controlled variables PV from a set value SP and outputs a deviation Er. When the absolute value of the deviation Er is increased, a disturbance impression detecting part 4 decides that disturbance has been impressed. When the impression of the disturbance is detected, a deviation correction value calculating part 5 calculates a deviation correction value Erx by multiplying the deviation Er with a prescribed rate. A deviation correction value convergence calculating part 6 performs convergence arithmetic operation, so that the deviation correction value Erx can be converged gradually to '0' under a fixed rule. A control arithmetic part 7 performs PID arithmetic operation, based on a value obtained by subtracting a deviation correction value Erx' after the convergence arithmetic operation from the deviation Er, and calculates manipulated variable MV.
