PURPOSE: To improve the safety by holding the horning condition of a burner under a predetermined condition for a set duration at regular intervals for measuring the flame current level by a flame current detector circuit, and if the burning is not normal, causing a burning control circuit to stop the burning.
CONSTITUTION: When one hour passes from a switch closed, low level check signal is outputted from a timer 10 to cause an analog switch 28 of a switch circuit 13 to go off and an analog switch 29 to go one upon receiving a high level signal outputted from an inverter 30. As a result, the split potentials of resistance 31 and 32 are inputted to a burner motor control circuit 4 to forcibly cause a burner motor 6 at the speed of the medium burning condition for one minute, and pulses corresponding to the medium burning are inputted to a pump control circuit 7 through an f/v converter circuit 50 to cause the supply rate of an electromagnetic pump 8 to correspond to the medium burning condition. The flame current level at this moment is detected by a detector circuit 9, and, if it is too low, a low level signal is outputted from a comparator 60 to cause a burning control circuit 1 to stop the burning.
