Abstract:
PURPOSE:To set always an optimum heating time independently of ambient temperature condition by counting the variance of the temperature, which is varied by centering a set temperature to set a transfer time. CONSTITUTION:Heat from a heater 22 is transmitted to a heat plate and is detected by a temperature sensor 42, and this detection signal is supplied to a comparator 43 and is compared with a set reference voltage 44. The comparison output is in the low level if the detected temperature is lower, but it is in the high level if the detected temperature is higher. A heater control circuit 45 generates a control signal, which flows or cuts off a current in accordance with the level of the comparison output, to control the calorific value of the heater 22. Meanwhile, an initial value is preset to a counter 46 from a lip switch 47, and the initial value is counted down by the pulse output from the comparator 43. By this counting operation, the time when the calorific value effective for transfer due to the temperature higher than a threshold is supplied to a material to be pressed is detected. Consequently, a desired transfer time is set.
