Abstract:
PURPOSE:To decrease the number of electromagnetic relays and improve reliability and maintenance by releasing the electromagnetic relays for switching a power source when a chopper circuit fails in commutation and malfunctions. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic relay 1 is wired to a motor 2 for each cargo work and a motor 3 for steering from a plus terminal of a battery 4. The motor 2 for cargo work is controlled by means of a chopper circuit 5, and the voltage of the battery 4 is applied to the motor and currents flow through it. A rate of flowing of the chopper circuit 5 is controlled by means of a chopper control circuit 6 and an accelerator circuit 7. A defective commutation and trouble detecting circuit 8 detects the defective commutation and trouble of the chopper circuit 5, and the electromagnetic relay 1 is released by means of an electromagnetic relay control circuit 9.
