Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit capable of preventing a reverse current from flowing even when a DC power supply is reverse-connected, and that can be designed with ease.SOLUTION: A control circuit 1 comprises: a first switch element Q12 that has a parasitic diode D12 provided in a direction of rectification from a DC power supply 200 side toward a load 300 side; a control signal generation part 10 that generates a control signal S11 for on/off-controlling the first switch element Q12 by using a power supplied from the DC power supply 200; a control signal supply controller 20; and a resistor R11. A gate of the first switch element Q12 is connected with one end of the resistor R11, and a source of the first switch element Q12 is connected with the other end of the resistor R11. When a voltage of the control signal S11 is less than a threshold voltage, the control signal supply controller 20 stops the supply of the control signal S11 to the gate of the first switch element Q12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
