PURPOSE: To improve comfortableness in an air conditioner wherein a refirgerant is heated by heat of combustion for heat transfer, by keeping discharge temperature from an indoor heat exchanger substantially unchanged.
CONSTITUTION: A control device 8 comprises an operation part 11 for setting to be higher the number of revolutions of a motor 1 serving to drive a fan 2 as the amount of combustion of combustion means 5 determined from detected temperature by room temperature detector means 7 becomes higher, and an operation part 12 for driving the motor 1 at the number of revolutions set by the operation part 11. Provided the amount of combustion of the combustion means 5 is set to be slightly higher and hereby the discharge temperature from a room temperature heat exchanger 3 becomes likely to be raised, the number of revolutions of the motor 1 is increased and heat radiation in the indoor heat exchanger 3 is promoted. Hereby, the discharge temperature is prevented from being raised and hence it can be kept substantially unchanged at all times.
