PURPOSE: To facilitate the judgment of the possible cause of a trouble by storing, in a non-volatile memory, the times of a door opening/closing after an automatic door is set so as to be displayed in a counter, and finding out the times of door operation at the time of the occurrence of a trouble.
CONSTITUTION: A driving pulley 1 is rotated normally or reversely to open or close a door 4. The motor 5 is driving-controlled by the driving signal of a controller 6 through a motor driving circuit 7. The detection signal of a human body detector 8 is inputted into a controller 6, and also the rotational speed of the motor 5 is inputted from a rotational speed detector 9. The stroke of the door 4 is computed by the inputted motor rotational speed by the controller 6 so as to output the signal 8 of normal rotation, reverse rotation, high speed, low speed and stopping to a circuit 7 by means of a human body detection signal. The controller 6 counts the times of door operation, such as the number of the human body detection signal input and the times of motor high speed normal rotation signal outputs, and stores them in a non-volatile memory 10 to counter them with a counter 12. It is thus possible to judge if the possible cause of a trouble is due to service life or errors in manufacture of design.
