Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a battery for suppressing deterioration of a battery due to parking of a vehicle, leaving of a vehicle unused for a long time, etc. by efficiently charging and discharging the battery while suppressing the deviation between an activation switch operation feeling of a driver, etc. and an activation state of the vehicle, thereby increasing reliability of the battery.SOLUTION: A controller 111 for controlling charging/discharging of a lead battery 108 to supply power to on-vehicle equipment 109 mounted on a vehicle 100 includes: an activation stop timing estimation part 130 for estimating an activation stop timing for stopping the activation state of the vehicle 100, and a charging rate adjustment part 131 for adjusting a charging rate of the lead battery 108 based on the result of the estimation by the activation stop timing estimation part 130.
