A traffic jam detecting part 61 judges to what car speed range width the car speed applies in a car speed distribution calculation part 62 and decreasingly corrects a clutch engaging speed S3 of an engaging speed setting part II 52 with a correction coefficient K corresponding to this. In this way, safe driving at the time of a traffic jam can be realized.
