To provide a control device for dam management with which a malfunction of a discharge gate or excessive discharge can be prevented by detecting opening abnormality caused by operation abnormality of the discharge gate on early stage.
A control device for dam management according to one embodiment of this invention comprises a controller for determining opening abnormality of a discharge gate. Based on opening data, the controller compares for each opening step an actual required time until changing an opening state with an estimate required time acquired by referring to table information, and determines discharge abnormality of the discharge gate based on the comparison result. The table information records an estimate required time until changing an opening state for each opening step indicating a change in the opening state of the discharge gate.
