Abstract:

To reduce an usage amount of oil fuel and enable stable operation by using the oil fuel and gaseous fuel.

An ECU provided in a dual fuel diesel engine performs a governor control, and when a load increases to a switch load factor, reduces a rise rate of a supply amount of oil fuel than that before the increase to the switch load factor and starts a supply of gaseous fuel later than a timing of the load reaching to the switch load factor. When the load decreases to the switch load factor, the ECU reduces the supply amount of oil fuel than that before the decrease of the load to the switch load factor and stops the supply of gaseous fuel later than a timing of the load reaching to the switch load factor.
