A practical control device allows use of the reserved water easily in the kitchen and so on, even when the AC power source is shut down, by disposing a compact control terminal on a wall of the bathroom or dressing room for a domestic water reserving facility that enables a family of four to temporarily use for a few days to about ten days, allowing them to continue living, by stopping water supply to the bath tub 2, switching a valve to an emergency use, and emergency-using the clean water in the reserving tank for the necessary cooking use in the kitchen and so on when the clean water supply is interrupted by an earthquake, flood or the like. The control terminal usually allows the bath tub to be filled with water by one operation and automatically or manually switches itself to an emergency mode at an emergency.
