A control device (1) has: a frame part (10) for loading information recording medium (2) therewith in a state in which the almost whole of the surface of the recording medium (2) is visible; and a connection terminal (13) for electrically connecting with a connection terminal (21) of the recording medium (2) loaded with the frame part (10). The connection terminal (13) of the control device (1) is disposed in the frame part (10), and configured at least to include a power terminal (pin numbers 3, 4) to be used for power control and a signal terminal (pin number 1, 2, 5, 7 to 9) to be used for data control. The control device (1) finally stops the power control by means of the power terminal (pin numbers 3, 4) when the recording medium (2) is removed from the frame part (10).
