Abstract:
To provide a control device for an elevator, which can monitor occurrence of a theft and can issue an alert and remote warning when a theft happens.
A control device for an elevator includes a connection detection means 3 which detects a connection state between the elevator control device 1 and peripheral equipment 2 according to whether they are energized or not. Further, when it is detected that a state where the elevator control device 1 and the peripheral equipment 2 are not connected continues for a predetermined period through the connection detection means 3, an abnormality warning is performed through a function provided for issuing an announcement of the fact.
