To provide a control device for equipment attached to fittings, which can flexibly control the state of the attached equipment associated with the fittings, depending on the locked state of the fittings.

The window sash 10, which is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the building, includes a crescent lock 14 and a sub-lock 16. The control device controls an electric shutter 20 which is provided on the outdoor side of the window sash 10. The control unit includes: a crescent sensor 33 and a sub-lock sensor 34, which detect the state of the crescent lock 14 and that of the sub-lock 16, respectively; and a control unit 40 which opens and closes the electric shutter 20 on the basis of the state of the crescent lock 14 and that of the sub-lock 16, detected by the sensors 33 and 34.
