Title:
CONTROL DEVICE FOR HYBRID VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001047880
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reliably prevent the slip of a continuously variable transmission and suppress the fuel consumption quantity and noises to the minimum by detecting the output torque transmitted to the continuously variable transmission and the change gear ratio of the continuously variable transmission, and correcting the revolving speed of an engine in response to the detected output torque and the change gear ratio.

This hybrid vehicle is provided with an engine 1, a motor A (motor concurrently serving as a generator) assuming the start, power generation, and power assist, a motor B (traveling motor) suppressing the function of a planetary gear unit 3, serving as a driving force source for advance and reverse, and assuming the recovery of deceleration energy, and a continuously variable transmission(CVT) 4. For the correction process of the engine revolving speed, the torque Tp inputted to the CVT 4 is calculated, and the secondary pressure Psr required for securing the torque transmission capacity of the CVT 4 is determined based on the torque Tp and the pulley ratio I of the CVT 4. The minimum engine revolving speed is determined based on the oil pressure from an oil pump 9 by using a map from the secondary pressure Psr.
