To improve a heater performance by increasing the water temperature of an engine in early stage, at the vehicular running time by a cruise mode.
At the vehicular running time by a cruise mode, when at least either one of an intake temperature for controlling TA, an outer air temperature estimation value TAFCMG and an engine water temperature TW does not reach a prescribed temperature set with respect to them, a cruise electricity generation amount is pulld up to a prescribed value CR1 and the charge against a battery is continued until both of battery temperature TBAT and engine water temperature TW reaches the prescribed temperature respectively. When it is judged that there is no room for receiving the charge more than this in the battery, by delaying the ignition timing of the engine and dropping a combustion efficiency, the temperature of the engine is increased and the water temperature TW of the engine is increased.
