Abstract:

To accurately reduce output torque of an internal combustion engine for suppressing deviation of the engine rotation speed to an increasing side regarding a target value even if negative torque due to a motor generator is applied to the internal combustion engine provided with a supercharger.

When negative torque Tg by a first motor generator 4 to be acted to an internal combustion engine 1 reaches a maximum value Tgm for suppressing deviation of the engine rotation speed to an increasing side regarding a target value, output torque Te of the internal combustion engine 1 is lowered by lowering supercharging pressure or reduction of a throttle opening. Specifically, for achieving lowering of the output torque Te of the internal combustion engine 1, driving of a waste gate valve 24 for lowering supercharging pressure by a turbocharger 21 of the internal combustion engine 1 is performed in preference of driving of the throttle valve 26 for reducing the throttle opening of the internal combustion engine 1. Thereby the output torque Te of the internal combustion engine 1 can be accurately lowered.
