Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent variation in rotation and deterioration in the emission of exhaust by providing a pressure detecting means for detecting the high pressure side pressure of a compressor for an air conditioner and a correcting means for correcting the quantity of intake air or igniting timing in accordance with the quantity of load.

CONSTITUTION: At the time of an idling operation, an intake air through an air flowmeter 2 is fed to each of cylinders via a bypass 7, and its feeding quantity is regulated by a solenoid valve 8. And, ignition timing is controlled based on a control signal Ig for driving an ignition device 15, fed from an engine control unit 9. The unit 9 has a correcting means which corrects the quantity of intake air or the ignition timing in accordance with the quantity of load, based on the detected value of a pressure sensor 12. Thereby, variation in idling engine speed can be suppressed while preventing deterioration in the emission of exhaust.
