PURPOSE: To stimulate purchasing desires and to promote sales based upon large cups by setting up a service time band by selecting a time band dropping the sales of large cups and selling the large cups at the price of standard cups within the time band.

CONSTITUTION: In case of the service time band, whether the charged amount reaches the sales price of the standard cup or not is judged. When a large cup or standard cup pushbutton is depressed, a large cup or a standard cup is sold in a step S6 or S7. In the time band other than the service time band, the sales price of large cups is reset to the ordinary price. Since the time band is other than the service time band, the charged amount reaches the sales amount of the large cup or not is judged. When the amount reaches the sales price of the large cup, similar operation is executed. When the charged amount does not reach the sales price of the large cup, whether the amount reaches the sales price of the standard cup or not is judged, and at the time of arriving at the price, the ON of the pushbutton is checked and then the standard cup is sold.
