Title:
CONTROL DEVICE FOR INDUSTRIAL VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3175699
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent no-load condition from being decided as load present condition in error by conducting designated control with priority of decision on the presence/absence of load in the condition where a detection signal for designated pressure or more is output from a pressure sensor.
SOLUTION: CPU is capable of deteting three stages of a low level of no-load state, a high level of load-present state and a relief pressure level from a pressure sensor. First, the CPU reads a height, load and oscillation angle θ (S10), and if not a high level (S20), an oscillation regulating flag Fw is set to 0 (S30). When it is high level, and θ is not, -2°<θ<2°, Fw is set. to 0. When θ is -2°<θ<2° and the current pressure level is high level (S20), Fw is set to 1 (S60). When the current pressure level is not high level, but relief pressure level (S90), Fw is set to 1. When Fw is 1, a lock command is output, and when Fw is 0, a lock release command is output (S110).
