Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller-integrated dynamo-electric machine capable of reducing the body size while enhancing heat dissipation.SOLUTION: A controller-integrated dynamo-electric machine 10 includes a dynamo-electric machine 11, and a controller 12 disposed on one end side of a shaft 21 in the Z direction. The controller has a circuit board 33 mounting an electronic component 33b on the second surface 33d opposite to the dynamo-electric machine side, and a housing 30 for housing the circuit board 33. The housing extends in the Z direction and forms the side face of the controller, and is open on the opposite side to the dynamo-electric machine. The controller further includes a sealing resin body 34 disposed in the housing and sealing the circuit board, and a metal heat dissipation plate 35 disposed on the second surface side in the Z direction, and connected thermally with at least one electronic component mounted on the second surface. The heat dissipation plate is bonded to the sealing resin body by the adhesiveness thereof, and fixed in place.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
