To provide a control device for an internal combustion engine, which suppresses an error of an air flow meter and maintains as normal engine operation as possible even when power supply voltage is declined.
The control device for the internal combustion engine 4 is provided with the air flow meter 104 receiving supply of the power supply voltage VB from a DC power supply 152 and measuring intake air amount, a voltage sensor 151 for detecting the power supply voltage VB, and a control part 60 controlling parameters causing change in the intake air amount and controlling fuel injection amount supplied to the engine 4 based on a signal indicating the intake air amount detected by the air flow meter 104. When the power supply voltage VB detected by the voltage sensor 151 is declined to first voltage, the control part 60 controls the parameters including a throttle opening and engine speed to restrict the intake air amount in accordance with the decline in the power supply voltage VB.
