To provide a control device for an internal combustion engine capable of maintaining operation of the engine even when an error of an air flow meter is increased.
The control device for the internal combustion engine 4 is provided with: the air flow meter 104 receiving supply of power supply voltage VB from a DC power supply and measuring intake air amount; a voltage sensor 151 for detecting the power supply voltage VB; and a control part 60 controlling parameters changed in connection with intake air amount and controlling fuel injection amount supplied to the engine 4 based on a signal indicating the intake air amount detected by the air flow meter 104. When the power supply voltage VB detected by the voltage sensor 151 is declined to a certain threshold value, the control part 60 estimates an air amount load factor based on the parameters instead of output of the air flow meter 104 and determines fuel injection amount based on the estimated air amount load factor.
