Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the control accuracy of a control object apparatus.SOLUTION: A VCR controller 230 controls a VCR mechanism 190 on the basis of an output value of a relative angle sensor 280 which detects a rotation angle of a control shaft 196 coupled to an output shaft of an actuator 198 through a speed reducer 198A as a relative angle considering a speed reduction ratio of the speed reducer 198A with regard to the rotation angle of the actuator 198, and an output value of an absolute angle sensor 290 which detects an absolute angle of the control shaft 196. At that time, on the basis of the output value of the absolute angle sensor 290 at the starting of an internal combustion engine 100, the rotation angle of the control shaft 196 is obtained by the output value of the relative angle sensor 280. If the rotation angle of the control shaft 196 is larger than a first predetermined angle, the VCR mechanism 190 is controlled on the basis of the rotation angle, and when the rotation angle is the first predetermined angle or less, the VCR mechanism 190 is controlled on the basis of the output value of the absolute angle sensor 290.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
