Title:
CONTROL DEVICE OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2018155113
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew condensation at a tip of a fuel injection valve during a stop of an internal combustion engine while suppressing power consumption and overheat of the fuel injection valve.SOLUTION: This fuel injection valve directly injects fuel into a cylinder, and a heater for heating a nozzle tip is arranged at the nozzle tip of the fuel injection valve. A control device predicts that an ignition switch of an internal combustion engine is brought into an IG-OFF state being the state where the ignition switch is turned off, and that adhesion of condensed water to the nozzle tip occurs. When it is predicted that the ignition switch becomes the IG-OFF state and the adhesion of the condensed water occurs, the control device calculates an energization time to the heater, which is necessary for avoiding the adhesion of the condensed water. When the energization time is not longer than a reference time, the control device executes energization to the heater according to the energization time. On the other hand, when the energization time is longer than the reference time, the control device executes the energization to the heater and delays timing for stopping fuel injection to the internal combustion engine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
