To most suitably control an adjustor controlling the recycling rate of exhaust gas by setting a control signal based on deviation between a target value and an actual value against a supply air quantity by means of a first controller so as to supply it to a first adjustor, and setting a control signal supplied to a second adjustor by means of a second controller.
The output signals and the like of an air flow sensor 135, an accelerator pedal position sensor 160, a rotating speed sensor 165 are input to a control part 150, and a control signal QK is supplied from a fuel quantity control part 152 to a fuel quantity adjustor 145. A signal MLS concerning a target value against an air quantity and the fuel quantity signal QK are sent from the fuel quantity control part 152 to an exhaust gas recycling control part 154. This exhaust gas recycling control part 154 inputs the output signal MLI of the air flow sensor 135, and a throttle valve adjustor 130 and an exhaust gas recycling valve 120 are controlled, so that fuel is burned by discharging of a little quantity to the utmost of exhaust gas in the internal combustion engine by means of the hereat obtained control signal.
