Abstract:

PURPOSE: To relieve the burden in a high frequency area of a power amplifier through prevention of the generation of noise owing to run out without complicating constitution of a rotation system by providing a simulation circuit to estimate displacement of a rotor and comparing an output from the simulation circuit with an actual displacement signal.
CONSTITUTION: The force (u), exerted on a rotor, of a magnetic bearing corresponding to the input of a rotor 1 and displacement (r) to the output thereof. When blocks 10 and 11 are not provided, an input to a magnetic bearing controller 9 is effected in a state that run out (e) is added to displacement Xr of the rotor 1. An output signal is device by the magnet bearing controller 9 so that the rotor 1 is positioned in a proper position (r) based on an input signal. A simulation circuit 10 is a state estimator and operated to converge an initial error through feedback of a difference between a displacement signal X and an estimating signal Xg. At the part, by which estimated run out is processed, of a feedback circuit 11 for compensating run out, a signal from which run out is removed by subtractors 21 and 23 is inputted to the magnetic bearing controller 9.
