When detecting a reservation of succeeding loading or unloading of a vehicle to the storage stage where the charging pallet 31 is transferred, after transferring the charging pallet 31 with the electric vehicle 12' thereon by a lift 22 to a storage stage having the charging shelf 30 on the basis of a request to store the electric vehicle 12' in the storage shelf 18 and to charge the same, the control device 24 prioritizes a process to load or unload the vehicle for which the reservation is made over a transfer process of the charging pallet 31 to the charging shelf 30.
