PURPOSE: To enable operation control to which a driver's will is reflected, to be assumed by storing characteristic data into reloadable memory means, making it possible to reload memories by the direction of a driver, and concurrently dividing the storage area of the memory means into ones correspondent to respective drivers so that each storage area correspondent to each driver can thereby be selected.
CONSTITUTION: When a driver identification cipher is inputted from an inputting means 1, it is affirmed by an identifying means 3 so that an identification signal is sent to a memory reloading means 8. In this case, the signal is examined whether or not it is inconsistent with the driver identification display of No.1 memory means, if it is inconsistent with the aforesaid display, inconsistency is displayed on a display means 9. In addition, the stored data and the like of No.1 memory means can be changed by actuating an inputting means 7. And data read out of No.1 memory means is added to a control means 5 by memory reloading means 8, a control object 6 is thereby controlled based on control characteristics by the data under discussion. In addition, the action of the memory reloading means 8 is monitored by a diagnosis means 10, when abnormality is found, No.2 memory means 2 is selected by a selecting means 4, the control object 6 is thereby controlled based on the data read out of the aforesaid means 2.
