PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fastening delay of a friction fastening element when an engine is restarted.SOLUTION: When a measured idle stop time and a detected oil temperature are identical to an idle stop time and an oil temperature associated with a rise time stored in a controller 12, respectively, in a restart of an engine 1, the controller 12 changes a cranking time for restarting the engine 1 on the basis of the rise time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
