PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fastening delay of a friction fastening element in a restart of an engine while extending an idle stop time.SOLUTION: A controller 12 moves a lock-up solenoid valve, which is not actuated after the start of idle stop, to a direction for interrupting a drain circuit, when a line pressure PL turns equal to or less than an ON determination pressure in an idle stop.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
