Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/discharge control device capable of efficiently utilizing a plurality of power storage elements possessed by a power storage system even if SOC of the power storage system is in a low state.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a charge/discharge control device 100 which includes one or more power storage elements 210 and controls charging/discharging of a plurality of power storage units 200 connected in parallel to each other. This charge/discharge control device includes a charge/discharge control part 110 which performs charging or discharging for at least one power storage unit 200 out of the plurality of power storage units 200 so that a first power storage unit out of the plurality of power storage units 200 has higher SOC (State of Charge) than a second power storage unit different from the first power storage unit out of the plurality of power storage units 200.
