Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively eliminate an influence of smoke generated by cauterization of a tissue.SOLUTION: There is provided a control device including a control part for controlling smoke removal processing for an in vivo image captured during surgery and actual smoke elimination for in vivo smoke. Based on the detection of the smoke, the control part causes at least the smoke removal processing to be executed. There is also provided a control system including an endoscope for capturing the in vivo image during surgery, the control device for controlling smoke removal processing for the in vivo image and actual smoke elimination for in vivo smoke, and a smoke discharge device for executing actual discharge of the smoke based on the control by the control device. The control device executes at least the smoke removal processing based on the detection of the smoke.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
