Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device and a control method that reduce the possibility of causing unfairness among users of the contract rate of a basic plan, such as a voice fixed-rate service or a packet fixed-rate service.SOLUTION: A control device in an embodiment comprises a calculation unit, a change unit, and a transmission unit. The calculation unit calculates first communication traffic obtained by standardizing and adding communication traffic of voice communication and communication traffic of data communication of a first terminal on the basis of first history of voice communication of the first terminal and second history of data communication of the first terminal. The change unit changes a first upper limit of third priority obtained by adding first priority set to voice communication of the first terminal and second priority set to data communication of the first terminal on the basis of the first communication traffic. The transmission unit sends the first terminal first information to instruct it to display a first screen including the first upper limit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
