To diagnose the validity of a feedforward amount.SOLUTION: A control device comprises: a step correspondence estimation unit 4 for estimating, as a first diagnosis index, a parameter Kx1new for calculation of the feedforward amount MV_X1 needed for suppression of step disturbance; an impulse correspondence estimation unit 6 for estimating, as a second diagnosis index, the parameter Kx2new for calculation of the feedforward amount MV_X2 needed for suppression of impulse disturbance; and an impulse correspondence correction unit 8 for calculating the ratio of the sum total of the feedforward amount MV_X2 to the sum total of a feedforward amount MV_X2 having not been invalidated by output saturation, and estimating a second diagnosis index after correction on the basis of the ratio so that an equivalent portion of an invalid amount FF_N of the feedforward amount MV_X2 is allocated within the range of actual operation amount MV_F having not been invalided by output saturation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
