Abstract:
To more appropriately correct defective pixels when generating an image with higher image quality.SOLUTION: A control device is used in a mounting system including a mounting device that includes an imaging unit that captures an image of an object and that executes mounting processing. This control device includes a control unit that obtains a first image of an object and a second image of the object at a position shifted by more than one pixel from the first image, and executes super-resolution processing for generating a high-resolution image having higher resolution than the first image and the second image by using at least the first corrected image in which defective pixels included in the first image are corrected using pixels at the same position in the second image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
