The control device for controlling an occupant restraint device for protecting the occupant in vehicle is provided with: a circuit board in which a circuit for control is incorporated; a resin made casing housing the circuit board; and the earth terminal for grounding the circuit board. The earth terminal has a structure so that the earth terminal may be fixed to the casing at the same time when the casing is molded. The earth terminal has: a first terminal part connected to the circuit board; a second terminal part connected to the vehicle; a middle part connecting the first terminal part to the second terminal part; and a recessed part provided in at least a part of the first terminal part and the second terminal part and filled with a resin.
