To provide a control device capable of wireless communication with a flight device according to needs of a user.SOLUTION: A control device 1 for operating a flying device that flies on the basis of external control includes a display control unit 161 that causes a display unit to display a selection screen for accepting selection of at least one of a first wireless communication line and a second wireless communication line for each of communication of flight data and communication of non-flight data other than flight data and an operation accepting unit 162 that accepts selection of at least one of the first wireless communication line and the second wireless communication line on the selection screen, and the display control unit 161 causes the display unit to display a selection screen including recommendation information for recommending whether to use the first wireless communication line or the second wireless communication line in communication of the flight data or the non-flight data on the basis of the communication quality of the first wireless communication line or the second wireless communication line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
