Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a parking actuator capable of shortening an initializing time of park position detection means for detecting a position of a park mechanism.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a park rod moved by a driving force of a first electric actuator to control mechanical stopping and releasing of a driving wheel and having a P-range limit position and a P-range releasing limit position; and initializing means, at the time of initialization of an encoder for detecting a position of the park rod, when an amount of motion of the park rod ranging from the present position to a stopped position after motion toward the P-range limit position and an amount of motion based on a position of the park rod just before shutting-off supply of electrical power to the first electric actuator stored in a memory are compared with each other and they are coincided to each other, initializing the encoder by setting the stopped position of the park rod as the P-range limit position.
