Abstract:
PURPOSE:To accurately control a hydraulic cylinder by comparing a preset position with a target position obtained by integrating a speed indication signal, and controlling low speed and high speed valves according to a comparison result. CONSTITUTION:A speed indication signal is integrated by an integrator 12 and converted to a target position signal D2. When there is a large difference between a preset position signal obtained from a potentiometer 2 and the target position signal D2, a high speed valve is driven, and when there is a small difference there between, a low speed valve is driven. The target position signal D2 is compared with a stop position signal by a comparator 11. If both signals match, integrating operation of the integrator is stopped, and a hydraulic cylinder is stopped.
