Abstract:

To inhibit deterioration of a power storage element subjected to bypass processing when the power storage element is subjected to bypass processing.

A control device of a power storage element includes a discharge circuit (20) connected in parallel with each power storage element (10) and discharging each power storage element, bypass circuits (41, 42, 43) provided corresponding to the power storage elements and performing bypass processing in order to disconnect the corresponding power storage element from the other power storage elements, and controllers (51, 52) which control operations of the discharge circuit and bypass circuits. The controller controls the bypass circuit to perform bypass processing for each power storage element specified according to the deterioration condition, and controls the discharge circuit to discharge the power storage element subjected to bypass processing when the value indicating the storage state of the power storage element subjected to bypass processing is larger than a reference value.
