Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a power supply system to perform power interchange at an appropriate timing.SOLUTION: A control device 1 includes: a power prediction unit 12 that predicts the amount of power that can be interchanged by a plurality of power supply systems; an upper-limit value calculation unit 13 that calculates the upper-limit value of the amount of power interchanged by the plurality of power supply systems on the basis of the state of a power network; an interchange constraint determination unit 14 that determines whether or not a constraint is generated on the amount of power that can be interchanged by the plurality of power supply systems, on the basis of a prediction result of the power prediction unit 12 and a calculation result of the upper-limit value calculation unit 13; and a control unit 16 that controls the plurality of power supply systems so that if it is determined by the interchange constraint determination unit 14 that a constraint is generated, the total amount of power interchanged by the plurality of power supply systems is equal to or less than the upper-limit value calculated by the upper-limit value calculation unit 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
